This website is for handling appointments to a medical center
Users are categorized into 3 different roles: admin, doctor, and patient
Based on users role they have different permission to the application.
Patients can make appointment with doctors by selecting service type with date and time.
Doctors can check their appointment list.
Admin can manage patients and doctors information and can remove users from the system.
Doctors can see their patients appointment details and can write medical note for the patients.
After adding medical notes by doctors, patients can check the medical note for their each appointment.
Appointments status marked as completed when doctors add medical note
